Managed projects for aircraft maintenance facilities in direct support to airlift of VPOTUS, Cabinet Members, and senior government/military officials. Coordinated with base Civil Engineering and other government agencies to establish requirements and priorities.Aligned company security policy with DoD policies and directives in accordance with the contract. Managed personnel, communication, industrial, physical security and restricted access. Managed access for over 300 contractors within the organization. Oversaw physical security and access control of all facilities and restricted areas under our operation.

Managed policy and executive correspondence for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense, Comptroller. Coordinated with various DoD agencies for publication. Reviewed, edited, and modified policy and correspondence.

Managed enterprise-wide training plans, policy, programs, and projects for the Aircraft Maintenance career fields.

Managed personnel, operational, communication, cyber, physical, and industrial security. Tracked and initiated clearances for over 100 personnel. Conducted daily audits in JPAS, DISS, and TASS of military members and contractors to confirm access and validated, processed, and maintained issuance of over 400 restricted access badges and ID cards.

Initiated and managed facility projects overseeing 60 buildings for the organization.

Support staff section chief overseeing personnel programs, unit training, finance, deployment, security, anti-terrorism, and facilities.

Managed and developed training for an organization mission-specific airlift program.
