As an experienced technical analyst, I've been part of several projects. While working with State Farm Insurance I was part of a team that provided support for an essential security update and identity verification tool. I also assisted in creating the training materials for future teams using our system.I've also had key positions in providing hardware and software support for remote an office workers, creating training materials and training new members of the support help desk. I also assisted in testing new hardware solutions in consideration for new users.While at State Farm I am part of a team that provides a quarterly software update to every workstation in the company. Through utilizing both SCCM and a customized deployment tool that was developed in house. I am part continually testing changes and improvements in the software while documenting support area procedure and priority changes. I also wrote the training material for the support area. Using ticket tracking software and HP Service Manger, I create weekly reports on team performance and project metrics.I'm looking for a company and team that can use my skills and hunger for growth to fuel success in all endeavors.
