I am currently working for the help desk at San Antonio College. My responsibilities include creating tickets for clients, responding to tickets in a timely matter, answering high volume phone calls, sending responding emails, changing client’s password, and remoting into client’s computers to resolve their issues

My time as a programming tutor for the CIS/COSC department at Palo Alto College involved assisting students with their programming language, which can range from Java to C++. I direct the student in the right path as to how the program should be structured, help with the debugging process, and ensure that the student understands everything that was covered.

In my time with the Workforce Center of Excellence I became a certified test proctor, made copies, scanned documents, and even moved equipment. Later on, I transitioned into the IT department where I set up and monitored labs, patched data from the servers to the proper ports, and assisted Alamo staff with technical computer problems by trouble shooting.

I took and placed orders over the phone, ensured that all orders were properly bagged, worked the register, and restocked products. This was my first job after high school.
