Artist & Craftsman opened a brand new location in Berkeley, CA. I moved there to help open the store and to run the day to day operations once it was open. I hired, trained and managed all the staff. I controlled inventory and did purchasing direct from a wide array of vendors. I was responsible for nurturing our client base and making sure that customer satisfaction helped us gain a foothold against established competition.
