In my current role, I gather and document client operational requirements during project initiation meetings and interact with client staff to address a broad range of operational, technical, and business process issues. I also provide project management services to ensure implementations are delivered within scope and on time. In addition, I prepare client and street data in varying formats for both customized and standardized training in one‐on‐one and classroom settings, as well as implementation.I enjoy the ability to contribute quality information to our knowledge base for further product testing and ongoing development. I apply my software testing skills in support of hot fixes, patches, and upgrades in conjunction with the Quality Assurance team, as needed, and I communicate technical information to users with varying skill levels.I am known for being innovative yet consistent, and I am constantly motivated by my drive to lend my analytical skills to each project. I am not afraid to break new ground in our approach to refining our solutions, because I firmly believe that creativity is key to our success.

Prior to my current position, I created, delivered, implemented and provided training on routing solutions to a variety of private and public entities in the areas of street sweeping, snow removal, newspaper delivery and meter reading. In addition, I obtained and created long- and short-term key performance indicators to maximize cost- and time-saving results. I also coached clients in creating and maintaining SQL server data, and provided technical support and internal subject matter expertise.

In my managerial role with the company, I facilitated and administered the asset and maintenance management operations of multiple collection and distribution systems using GIS, and proposed and implemented standard technological operating procedures for multiple U.S. Army installations. I also managed personnel using various system technologies, including AutoCAD, ArcGIS, ArcPad, Trimble GPS and SEMS Asset Management software.In my technical role, I provided general technical services to engineering and operations staff, such as establishing network connections, installing software and maintaining hardware, and I designed, developed and maintained databases to store, analyze and display company assets geographically. I also implemented data conversion, as well as projection and integration of Trimble GPS data into GIS.Additionally, I drafted and revised as-build designs in AutoCAD for eventual integration into GIS and asset management systems, assisted in hydraulic modeling of collection and distribution systems for capacity and expansion planning, and produced and maintained maps and map books illustrating the water and wastewater infrastructure that field crews used in day-to-day work activities.

In this position, I used the Spatial Analyst extension in ArcGIS to model weather radar coverage, and conducted troubleshooting to rectify errors in the ArcGIS server environment-designed weather forecast regions. I also developed and maintained web mapping applications, provided training and debugging support for users, and drew on my previous experience in designing, developing and maintaining geodatabases

In my first role with RouteSmart, I supported routing efficiency for various agencies, conducted complex spatial analysis and data modeling using GIS, and designed and developed geodatabases. In addition, I created and maintained geographic and tabular data, helped to ensure the topological accuracy of GIS data, and conceptualized, illustrated and published geographic concepts cartographically supplemented by route books created with Crystal Reports.I honed my skills in aerial interpretation, executed projection and transformation of spatial data, assisted clients in technology implementation, and helped to ensure quality control by using various test data.
