Investigated and resolved customer-reported issues across multiple inventory planning products at various lifecycle stages. Managed customer relationships and identified professional service opportunities (add'l training, report building, integration modifications, etc.) to maximize software adoption. Implemented support helpdesk transition to FreshDesk from Salesforce. Administrated several business technologies: conference call and meeting systems, Office365, support helpdesk, customer learning center, time-tracking/invoicing, etc.

Lead analyst worked with business partners to enable Allstate systems to process ICD-10 diagnosis codes as per federal Medicare billing requirements. Responsibilities included creating software requirements documentation, maintaining scope, scheduling and running interdepartmental meetings to elicit requirements, writing meeting minutes, creating process models for Allstate’s medical billing systems, monitoring test plans, and software for defects.

Fielded calls from transportationless elderly people, drunken college students and everyone in between. During peak hours (8pm-2am), I was responsible for handling approximately 500-600 calls, and directing corresponding trips.

Handled daily, immediate and long-term tasks around the office; worked behind the scenes organizing filing cabinets, their respective spreadsheets, managing EASC calendars, and updating multiple databases, including the department library’s Access database.

Worked with approximately 2000 children (ages 8 – 16) from NYC belaying them on high ropes elements and leading them through team-cohesion exercises. Monitored camper activity for incorrectly tied knots, unsafe equipment handling, signs of fatigue and stress from the other end of the rope. Facilitated tough conversations between tense teenagers through facilitated challenges that exposed underlying issues and assumptions.
