I started youth lacrosse development clinics for players in my area with individualized training using expertise from 10+ years and counting of lacrosse experience. Throughout this process I have developed strong time management and organizational skills by effectively communicating with parents and scheduling sessions for 10 to 20 young athletes. I plan and organize coaching sessions and drills to enhance their skills and understanding of lacrosse fundamentals. By cultivating strong relationships with both athletes and parents, I have successfully increased client retention and referrals, demonstrating my commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
