Responsible for leading a territory that consisted of eight sales leaders and seven process specialists who supported approximately 250 agency owners, 600 agency staff, and 25 financial specialists in the state of Louisiana. Assisted in development of rating strategies with pricing & product management in order to maximize both growth and profitability. In our first three years we increased quote volume over 50% and production over 40%. We were one of the leading territories in the country in growing our agency footprint each year. Additionally charged with recruiting, developing, and leading a group of new field sales associates who would go onto support our exclusive agency owners. Spearheaded the adoption of several technology platforms and developed strategies that helped to increase agency results. I focused on modernizing the agencies I supported through helping them building strategies using data and analytics to create processes that were measurable. This drove the largest market level investment by a group of agencies in a five state region. 85% of entire market achieved agency bonus and grew their businesses. In 2014 the market realized nearly a 40% increase in total production from 2013.
