Managed the training of line workers, as well as coordinating with supply department lift drivers to ensure that work cell area was stocked with neededcomponents.

Responsibilities included training all new employees in the correct operation of machinery, forklifts, robot systems, and the timely completion of job related paperwork. Also responsible for maintaining and keeping training paperwork for both new and existing employees updated. Assisted supervisors in shift management, including a three to four month stint as acting supervisor during a period of corporate restructuring. Was primary trainer of three employees who were promoted to management positions and tasked with training five newly hired supervisors in daily shift operations.
