- Set the entire direction, agenda, and short-, intermediate-, and long-term strategies for BuyWake.com and Redshift Watersports jointly with the Co-CEO/COO- Won multiple Water Sports Industry Association Retailer of the Year awards- Design and maintain the entire BuyWake/Redshift tech stack- Project manage all new tech implementations- Identify new technologies and new opportunities to improve the application and carry out based on benefit vs. cost- Oversee and assist in the development and execution of all marketing strategies, activities, activations, giveaways, and special projects in concert with the Marketing Director- Supervise and advise on all advertising programs across all channels alongside the Advertising Director, including shopping campaigns, paid search, display, video, social media, retargeting and remarketing, and affiliate- Manage product catalog in conjunction with the Merchandising Director, including new product creation, ongoing maintenance, and the sourcing and/or production of digital merchandising assets like product copy, imagery, videos, size charts, etc.- Manage and maintain every moving part of the business including, but not limited to automated drop-ship program, data/product feed syndication, marketplace integrations, sales tax compliance, cross-border, merchant ratings and reviews, and so on- Work with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to rigorous fulfillment, RMA processing, and inbound inventory receiving metrics- Serve as lead for strategic partnership with FedEx, including negotiating all pricing agreements- Nurture and advance relationships with all BOH partners across technology, logistics, transportation, and advertising and marketing
