I received my Bachlor's degree in Hospitality Management where I honed my customer service skills mainly with Hilton. After 4 years, I moved on to Hilton's Revenue Managment Center where I maintained a profile of 12 hotels' rates by providing revenue strategies. A year into it, the pandemic hit and the hospitality industry was stopped in its tracks. I moved to the auto industry selling and delivering used cars. After three years, I found I had to do something. I decided to pursue my Master's degree in IT Project Management. Throughout my life, I've been attracted to technology. I've built computers and maintained my families systems. I'm quite familiar with computer support via TeamViewer. Additionally, I'm fluent with MS 365 Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint. I enjoy learning new things and adding to my knowledge base.
