CurrentSpearhead the implementation of field artillery basic officer leader course, training & instructingsections, comprising 35 managers on the fundamental doctrine/practices of the US Army &Marine Corps’ indirect fire support and ensuring development of a competent pool of personnel.Deliver effective assistance to new staff members on the wider planning and inclusion of jointfires, preparing them for the challenges inherent to combined arms units and large-scale actions,and building a mentally resilient workforce. Perform routine performance evaluations of thestudents, offering productive counseling to them pertaining to career progression and helpingthem manage their journey through life & work changes.Highlights: Trained and fostered personnel through the field artillery basic officers leaders course,graduating and enabling 60 managers to assume positions as fire support officers andeffectively administer field artillery activities. Successfully concluded the firing task of 1200+ rounds by leading the sections via arigorous 18-week training course that included 800+ hours of classroom instruction,practical exercises, simulations, and ten live-fire drills.
