Oversaw the management and coordination of unit operations, managing theaccountability and serviceability of all assets worth over $15M and eliminating the factorsposing a threat to the safety of organization, staff & possessions. Established, coordinated, andsupervised the operations of the fire direction center, providing a continuous, timely, and safefire support to several units under all conditions and ensuring maximum mission success. Steeredthe organization’s supply discipline program, facilitating all training, health, morale, welfare, andprofessional growth initiatives for the assigned personnel and advising them to accomplish theirperformance/productivity goals.Highlights: Earned the Army Commendation Medal owing to displaying professionalism and leadinga meritorious service. Designed and implemented an efficient training program for the section that optimized thereadiness & capabilities of the staff members and allowed them to accomplish fireoperations proficiently. Devised and applied a maintenance plan, servicing and maintaining section’s equipmentand achieving a 98% operational readiness rate for the fleet. Utilized personal technical expertise, launching & accomplishing multiple missions, such assituational training, live fire, and fire support coordination exercises and successfullypreparing combat teams for hazardous situations. Directed the planning, execution, and completion of Operation Jaguar Strike and attainedtargeted objectives. Tracked and eradicated equipment shortages through the creation of a fruitful plan andhelped fulfill all necessities of the section during pre-change of command inventorieswithout a supply team.

Supervised the computation of firing data, coordinating firedirection actions and carrying out high mobility artillery rocket system crew drills that boostedthe efficacy of the staff. Facilitated application of maintenance programs and equipmentaccountability measures, maintaining unit’s resources, and augmenting overall missionpreparedness.Highlights: Received the Army Achievement Medal on account of providing remarkable supportduring Operation Orient Shield and contributing to the success of the mission. Executed Army’s SHARP, EEO, and EO programs and fostered a harassment freeworkplace culture with an environment of dignity and respect for all personnel. Led the section in a global scale operation, aiding the multi domain task force in theirendeavors through the delivery of required assets and achieving success in all missions. Optimized the effectiveness of the section’s maintenance program by rearranging theservice schedules, preserving the equipment of the unit, and supporting all missionrequirements. Commanded and deployed the section personnel to Yakima on four different occasions andensured attainment of targeted goals and mission success. Installed the Upper Ti connection during Operation Jaguar Strike and expedited the flow ofinformation and essential communications between the organizations across the Pacific areaof responsibility.

Established and maintained strategic and tactical computer networksand radio systems, disseminating information to the associated units in real time regarding anymisfortune or military action and timely mitigating factors that posed any kind of threat.Prepared paragraph five of the division’s operations order that included situation, mission,execution, administration and logistics, and command and signal, sharing essential material withthe linked sections and enabling them to carry out the planned tasks successfully.Highlights: Achieved the Army Achievement Medal in view of demonstrating leadership anddedication in the development of young leaders within the US Army Cadet Command. Polished the technical capabilities of the operating staff related to lower TI equipment byplanning and launching training and education programs. Scheduled and organized a unit level exercise at both JBLM and Yakima Training Centersand incorporated upper and lower TI across all spectrums.
