Responsibilities included diagnosing and addressing customer’s device and/or software issues, managing full store inventory, weekly meetings to improve current processes, identify strategies for improving the customer experience and managing costs. I diagnosed hardware and software issues with a variety of proprietary web applications and hardware testing tools, fixing the phone if possible or allocating replacements when warranted. Responsible for face to face interaction with customer to facilitate understanding of technical issues and issue resolution explanation. I assisted in data transfer from the current phone to the new phone, and advised customer on set up of applications and email on their new device. Inventory duties consist of full store count of every product once a month and partial weekly cycle counts to update inventory on a regular basis. I was responsible for signing for inventory shipments, filing the respective paperwork and organizing the product within the store. I also organized the shipping of defective phones, batteries and accessories back to our warehouse.
