The land use, zoning and development review process in the Hudson Valley (Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland and Orange Counties) is fraught with twists, turns and roadblocks. For the past 17 years, I have represented residential and commercial property owners and land development companies throughout the greater Hudson Valley and have helped them navigate the complex subdivision, site plan, zoning review and approval processes. I assist clients by creating innovative solutions to achieve optimal results and ensure that developments are consistent with local community needs and environmental standards and comply with all local, Federal and State zoning and environmental laws and regulations. With extensive experience litigating and defending municipal land use determinations in state and federal courts, I ensure that projects get built.In addition, my practice also includes representing towns and villages in the Hudson Valley.
