Program Manager, enterprise Military Housing (eMH) Installations Modules • Team lead for AEM’s on-site consulting team.• Member of the System Management team for the enterprise Military Housing, the Department of Defense (DoD) wide property management system. • Work on various projects to modernize and maintain eMH modules, and keep eMH compliant with evolving DoD IA requirements. • Oversee quarterly configuration management board and system manager meetings. • Responsible for eMH relationships with various Branches of Service and the Office of the Secretary of Defense; coordinating with the goal of common policy. • Responsible for eMH relationships with Naval Facilities Engineering Command in on-going efforts to modernize the privatization web-service. • Conduct program related presentations to leadership throughout the DoD. • Conduct financial analysis to demonstrate the cost savings of the eMH program.• Lead the pilot project for deploying eMH on US Navy Aircraft Carriers.• Maintain an active secret clearance.

DoD Practice Business Development • Reversed a multi-year decline in on-site consultant work with Commander, Navy Installations Command.• Member of AEM’s DoD Business Strategy Team. • Part of a team tasked with formalizing AEM’s business development processes. • Work on proposal development and new business acquisition.

Program Manager, Base Loading and Requirements Team • Provided projected inventory and manpower analyses to support project planning. • Produced manpower analyses and reports to assist in projecting Navy housing requirements for stakeholders.
