Applied hybrid of waterfall and Agile methodology for entire scope of project including pervasive Wi-Fi, Data Center rebuilds, ship-wide digital signage, point-of-sale (POS), and PBX and DECT phone system installation. Ensured minimum impact on guests and vessel operations while taking systems off-line to complete any required infrastructure upgrades and technology deployment. Managed vendors, stakeholders, and completed ship surveys in international waters. Starwood Hotels and Resorts: Designed installation process for $3M technology refresh for all North American locations for global hotel chain.  Nationwide HDTV Installations: Complied with company brand requirements and tight timelines to install HDTVs at hotels across the country without disturbing guests. Project included ordering products, tracking deliveries, coordinating with property management, and securing and managing vendors.
