Twenty years of experience in Project Management as a Project Manager focusing in IT infrastructure and software projects. In the past decade of managing projects for various Clients, I have learned the most important attribute is to be constantly adapting to change. Although my roots are in the traditional Waterfall methodology with my PMP credential, I have blended parts of the Agile methodology in my day to day managing, as well as currently studying for the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credential offered by PMI. My recent focus has been managing IT infrastructure and software projects for a major cruise line. I am well-versed in the intricacies involved in managing a multi-million dollar budget, numerous vendors, contractors and resources, and adhering to a published schedule while adding the complexity of being in a new international location every single day. My project sponsors and stakeholders range from C-level executives spanning the full spectrum to the Guests on-board the vessels. I am striving for growth for the next phase in my career. The value I can bring to a Project Management role is tremendous. My experience tells where I have been and my hunger for learning drives my path forward.
