Further ensuring that the site environmental protection measures are followed • To ensure the completion of hook-up & commissioning activities according to the design, in a safe manner, within schedule and in accordance with the applicable Company procedures and technical specifications.

• Responsible and accountable for electrical maintenance activities performed at the facility/plant as directed by the Lead electrical technician or maintenance supervisor.• Responsible for communicating expectations to the electrical maintenance team, Company / Contractor employees and trainees, to ensure their understanding of the work objectives, safety, health, environmental & security (SHES), and operations integrity concerns.• Mentors and provides hands-on support to each electrical technician or trainee.• Ensures all Governmental regulations, Company requirements and other applicable requirements and regulations applicable to the electrical maintenance activities are followed.• Ensures the quality and completion of work performed by each electrical technician/trainee and provide developmental training feedback to the EHL electrical lead or electrical supervisor..• Supports work prioritization and planned scheduling to maximize the effectiveness and quality of work to be performed and completed for electrical equipment.• Ensures the facility / plant lead electrical technician and facility / plant maintenance supervisor are informed of major issues and safety concerns• Responsible for ensuring Production Best Practices (PBP) and Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) expectations are followed.• Responsible for supporting the Operations Emergency Response activities.• A leading proponent of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process and ensures all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and effective manner by all maintenance technicians, employee and contractors.• Ensures good communication across all facilities, to include the associated gas operator ( Oil Search ), so maintenance issues can be adequately addressed and actions completed. • Participates in Risk Based Work Selection ( RBWS) to ensure the safest and most effective use of maintenance personnel.

• Serve as a single point of contact for all technical topics, manage technical project team and master technical risks & opportunity along with all technical aspects of a complex Electrical Distribution system solution (architecture, power system design & sizing, equipment integration etc.) projects.• Elaborate alternative/future solutions and resolving key technical issues leveraging company portfolio of products and systems.• Specify technical solutions and lead technical coordination aspect of projects with all stakeholders internally and externally.• Collaborate closely with Sales/Key Accounts, Tendering team to define/implement the adequate solution to fulfill customer requirements in terms of technical performance during pre-sales & tender stage.• Work closely with Project Director/Manager, Contracts Manager and manage the interface with other department from technical perspective in ensuring quality, accurate, and on-time technical deliverables in compliance with the contract.• Lead technical discussion and clarification with the customer acting as key contact person for all technical related topics. Assess technical risk and opportunities and propose actions. Identify any potential changes vs contract to alert on scope creep and maximizing project profitability.
