-Manage the daily administration and operations. -Serves as liaison between staff, executive management, department leaders, and the Senior Pastor.-Oversees new initiatives set forth by the executive leadership.-Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the administrative policies and procedures.-Manages efficient and streamlined administrative systems, including but not limited to financial, accounting, IT, and Human Resources.-Setting, monitoring, and managing KPI’s for departments and management staff. -Proactively evaluate potential problem areas and initiate action to limit negative outcomes.-Lead the Procurement Team. -Partner with the attorney to review and approve contracts and contractors. -Serve as Owner's Rep for high-level projects.
