Program Finance:• Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget for large and/or complex programs. • Prepare and present program financial status data to executive/senior managers/staff on a regular basis. • Provide financial/business support and interface to cross-functional teams including Executive Staff, Program Management, Contracts, Finance, Functional Leads, and customers as the primary source of all financial data. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and parameters and cost control guidelines. • Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret and implement most proposal estimating, pricing and documentation requirements. • Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitors program adherence to approved budget.Cost Estimating & Pricing Lead:• Oversee a staff in developing fully supported pricing proposals that will be submitted to the government and commercial customers, manages the workload of direct reports, and coordinates pricing effort with management and other departments. • Lead the Pricing and Estimating team through proposal development, pricing analysis, pricing strategy, compliance to company policies and government requirements, problem solving, and training of personnel. • Develop solutions to a variety of complex finance/proposal related problems in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.• Plan, execute & manage multiple projects that include improvement reviews of business processes, particularly on regulatory & compliance-related systems & programs.• Manage workload and deliverables against strict timelines and meeting expectations in a detail-oriented, performance-driven business environment.• Prepare and present ad-hoc analysis and reporting for stakeholders.• Serve as a subject matter expert with regard to cost and pricing data analysis.
