Environmental planning and writing environmental assessments for federal US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) projects to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Procedures Act (NEPA), Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Sections 9, 10 and 14 of the Rivers and Harbors Act, the 404(b)(1) Guidelines, Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
