CurrentOversee data analysis and data production with accountability for data acquisition and quality for proprietary database of over 20 million workers’ compensation claims. • Plan and execute annual data call to collect data from insurers, medical bill review vendors, and pharmacy benefit managers. • Lead process from data acquisition to proprietary database production. • Gather database requirements from internal stakeholders and communicate requirements to data sources, programmers, and data consultants.• Manage production schedule, implement and review data quality testing, and coordinate issue resolution with research staff. • Facilitate efficient production by troubleshooting problems with internal and external sources. • Provide requirements for SAS programmers to produce quality tests, process data and create data sets for research.• Map and standardize data from a variety of data systems and sources into a common format.
