Role: I Built a diverse team in Dubai to take full Oracle EBS Functional support from outgoing USA team as Oracle EBS roll out project completed for two instances covering business segments acquired for $12Bn. Supported a peak of 8000 users & over 200 operating sets of books. Complex Matrix Stakeholder operating environment.Key results: • Fulfilled over 95% of objectives in the past four years. (Some years delivering 50 transformation Projects).• Over 150 entity setups to support International Tax restructuring program, plus indirect tax transactional and documentational setups and changes as required.• Delivered centralised finance closing and process automation program over 18 months to support strategic finance restructuring (Shared Service Centers and BPO), while building the sustaining team.• Two Consecutive years (2014/15) of support performance improvement after stabilisation of team (2013).• Flagship Supply Chain / Finance Transformation Project delivered within agreed timeline and under budget.• Managed approx. $4M support budget meeting targets as business shrunk, whilst retaining project capability.• Committed to integrating Oracle with SAP after strategic decision not to choose Oracle for SLB future state.• Reporting project uncovered & fixed many mistakes in the consolidated accounting results of the business.
