Eric Herrmann joined Klein Hornig in 2009 and has worked to close transactions involving public housing/mixed-finance development, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds and a variety of HUD programs. He has advised for-profit and nonprofit clients on housing related issues including corporate structuring, tax credit exit transactions, purchase and sale agreements, title issues, and landlord/tenant law. Eric has particular experience with NSP, CDBG and HOME program compliance, NEPA review requirements, Massachusetts' "comprehensive permit" law (M.G.L. c. 40B), and has prepared zoning and permitting opinions and represented clients before local zoning boards.
