My passions lay at the intersection of theatre arts, education, and technology. As a theatre practitioner for the past 30 years, I continue to develop my craft as a performer, designer, technician, and director. My commitment to to personal development has led to a greater investment in my artistic, educational, and professional worlds. I find ways to bring all three together as I lead and empower expectational people to do the best work of their lives. My work ethic is intense and professional; however, I find ways to enjoy the work at hand and create a working environment people are proud and eager to participate in.My careers paths often intermix as I bring my development skills to the theatre growing and expanding the skills of actors, directors, and designers; and my ability to creat genuine human connection allows me to use interpersonal savvy to drive teams to exceptional results.
