I am a people person, I converse and consult with customers and help them to find the vehicle that will work best for them. By listening to my customers and showing them I actually do care about their needs and wants, it helps them to be at ease knowing I am here for them in the long run.
Meet up in the morning and go over the job for the day. Grab materials and/ or the crew for the job. I am able to install all forms of flooring and I can handle running a crew to make sure the job is done to perfection.
