He actively engaged with King Technologies and Dehn Oil & Propane shareholders to form their boards including defining board roles, governance frameworks, committee charters, and annual board cadence. Eric will assume the Board Chairman role for King Technologies starting in 2024. During his time at Lube-Tech, Eric played a key role in evolving, planning, and facilitating its board meetings. Beyond his corporate roles, he is a founding member of Next Level Partners, a recently established network of philanthropists dedicated to addressing wealth disparities by actively supporting job creation and entrepreneurship initiatives. He also recently sparked the launch of Leadership Roundtable – Twin Cities with a vision to engage 100 companies and 25k employees in the principles of servant leadership. Earlier, Eric served as a Founding Partner of Social Venture Partners–MN for 15-years, an organization focused on scaling non-profits helping kids through a combination of financial and advisory support.
