I've worked for Target for 5+ years with 2.5 years being a regular team member and the most recent position being an Inbound Team Leader and General Merchandise Team Leader. In this position I worked mainly in the warehouse backroom areas of the store where I helped maintain safety standards, productivity, and brand in the backroom. This means driving product from the backroom out to the floor via Target's automated refill system, making sure counts are maintained, pushed out to the floor, brought back to the stocking area, and properly located in the backroom once done. I was also a key component in the planogram life cycles on the salesfloor such as setting up overhanging displays, planning workload for new sets on the salesfloor, regulating the processes, and setting up the team in which ever way needed to get new sets up and displayed for the guests at the right time of year. The biggest responsibility of my role fall on the receiving/ inbound process of the store where I manage the unload process of trailer's freight into the store, managed how boxes came off the truck by location, re adjusted how product was sorted based on the time of year to better cater to different priorities, and delegated how it was going to get worked out to the floor during the day. I am a key holder, have all the alarm codes, opener, and have cash office accessibility. I am also certified for Bales, Wave lifts, and Crown forklifts because of the position. A majority of my time at Price Chopper Market32 developed strong people skills, allowed me to work in a cash office, and work different functions that made Market 32 a money business service (Western Union and Cashing employee checks).

Team Lead ManagerTarget Nov 2019 - Nov 2021For this role I was a store opener, as the opener I would come in for 3:30 AM and start the unload process for the truck(s), brand the store, and plan the day out. I was also given alarm codes, keys, and cash office codes just incase. I would be in charge of delegating employees based on priority when I was in alone, usually up to four hours before any co manager or higher up came in, also making communication an essential part of my role. As a General Merchandise Leader my role was to watch over various departments by keeping brand, fill, and up to date planogram sets. I played an important role in the backroom making sure safety, brand, counts, and company standards were maintained. I also had experience running the planogram team across the store and not just inside my departments. This also meant I had to interview potential employees for positions within my departments as well as dictate standards amongst my current employees. As an Inbound Leader I was in charge of running the truck unload process for the store. This entails the sorting based on the season (how product comes off and set up for the day), maintaining upcoming store transition, driving efficient unload times, and setting up the GM team for an efficient day of push. I was trained on all of the equipment used in the backroom such as the Bale (horizontal), The Wave (Lift), and Crown (forklift) and was a trainer for the equipment. I was also in charge of the receiving/ outbound process in the store where I helped oversee vendors, freight processes for the store, and damages/ donations. -
Backroom Team MemberTarget Oct 2016 - Nov 2019600 Executive Blvd S, Southington, Ct 06489For this role I was a backroom Team Member where my duties were split amongst my coworkers to make sure backroom processes functioned. I was tasked with pulling product from the backroom via Target's automated system for select departments. I would make sure it was set up for the employee coming in during the day to push the product to the floor. I was also tasked with putting it all away, so, when an employee finished their work they would come find me to go put it away properly. I was expected to maintain safety, counts, accuracy (BRLA), and brand to provide maximum efficiency for that process in the store. After a few years I was recognized for my work and moved up to a manager role. -

Dealt with Western Union, CT Lottery, and employee checks making me proficient in money business services.
