FMEA was approved by DOT and TC (Transport Canada).- Led manufacturing and testing team, consisting of 2 engineers and 2 technicians, through ASME and DOT qualification program for a 2000-liter Type 4 Carbon Fiber Pressure Vessel. - Designed and led build activities for tooling and testing infrastructure required to support successful 2.5X scaling of length of pressure vessel design. Tooling involved conversion of 40’ insulated ISO-container into fully functional part curing oven, fatigue testing infrastructure, custom material handling equipment, and specification of winding machine and part curing ovens for manufacturing scale-up.
