Responsible for overseeing RED-Rochester’s tariff, customer contracts and billing, business development, internal databases and processes, utility rate modeling and forecasting, and analytics.Works closely with RED-Rochester’s existing and new customers to grow Eastman Business Park and RED’s customer base. Responsible for performing a variety of complex ad hoc analyses for upper management to inform optimal decision making. Involves a high level of creativity, knoweldge of finance, accounting, engineering, and computer modeling skills. Perform a variety of tasks and ad hoc analysis including:-Revenue and EBITDA modeling and forecasting-Modeling utility tariffs, and sensitivities to a variety of variables-Fuel usage modeling and forecasting-Rate and volume variance analysis and sensitivity analysis-Build a variety complex financial models to optimize operations and upper management decision making-Capital spend tracking-Bank reconciliations-Work with customers to answer detailed questions relating to their rates, charges, usage, historical trends, etc.-Analysis of new projects and company opportunities (discounted cash flow analysis, revenue and cost modeling, ROI metrics)-Variety of other tasks for upper management
