 worked as part of a team of admin assistants at an Entergy nuclear power plant facility during an outage program. Our team functioned as both document and asset control, making sure that confidential documents and CDAs (Critical digital assets) were monitored while out in the field and remained only in the hands of approved personnel. I was also directly tasked with database set-up and upkeep, including information related to my department as well as larger reports pertaining to our overall program. Due to my education in IT,. I provided additional tech support for our department and was tasked with setting up office equipment and ensuring that our team had access to all the technological tools needed to function in our roles.
