Creating energy models of new and existing buildings to analyze and estimate energy use and savings. Worked on numerous energy audits with a large emphasis on O&M improvements that were focused on energy efficiency and reduction of labor for the maintenance staff. The majority of these audits were focused on healthcare facilities. Also wrote reports for utility incentives from Seattle City Light and Puget Sound Energy and whole-building analysis reports for City of Seattle and Oregon Department of Energy. Worked on energy models and reports for both LEED for Multi-Family and New Construction. Provided design assistance for new and retrofit HVAC systems, including creating duct and piping layouts, loads models, ventilation calculations, and heating and cooling load calculations.

Responsibilities included contacting alumni and local business owners to ask for their support; creating a seasonal athletic brochure that included rosters, schedules, and advertisements; and weekly correspondence to the entire booster club regarding upcoming events. Additionally served as the Assistant Boy's Varsity basketball coach.
