Senior Quality Assurance Technician
CurrentResponsible for maintenance and improvement of the quality system. Provides support actions as stated below and is the Quality contact for the manufacturing and distribution departments. Responsible for receiving inspection, supplier contact, customer complaint evaluation, customer return processing, custom color matching, and also oversees the Gage Calibration program company-wide. Also responsible for creating and maintaining all process operating sheets, incoming quality control plans, and internal work instructions. Researches and tests alternative raw materials and/or procedures to improve the overall processes of the divisions, including cost saving methods.
