Field Service Manager
Current• Manage and develop North Alabama Service Department territory and Customer Relations.• Develop and execute yearly business plans driving associate development, customer support excellence, and strong business performance.• Build/Execute/Manage individual development plans for 6 Field Service Team Leads, and 22 Field Service Technicians focusing on 3 areas – (customer service excellence, individual professional growth, and business acumen)• Work in partnership with North Alabama Sales representatives to develop service territory in both unit sales as well as service adds. • Work in partnership with all departments within the organization to resolve issues and develop processes to better serve customers and associates. • Manage technician and customer parts inventories across service area to ensure accurate stock levels and increase field availability to ultimately reduce customer down time.
