Field Service Manager
Current- Manage and develop North Alabama Service Department territory and Customer Relations.
- Develop and execute yearly business plans driving associate development, customer support excellence, and strong business performance.
- Build/Execute/Manage individual development plans for 6 Field Service Team Leads, and 22 Field Service Technicians focusing on 3 areas – (customer service excellence, individual professional growth, and business acumen)
- Work in partnership with North Alabama Sales representatives to develop service territory in both unit sales as well as service adds.
- Work in partnership with all departments within the organization to resolve issues and develop processes to better serve customers and associates.
- Manage technician and customer parts inventories across service area to ensure accurate stock levels and increase field availability to ultimately reduce customer down time.
