Since 1997, Linden Contracting has been improving homes from interior remodeling to total rebuilds.Accomplishments include:- remodeling kitchens and baths; - designing and finishing wine rooms; - design and build-out of 2nd level loft space in condos; - complete home renovations from 1,500 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft. additions to include new kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, basements, office and sun rooms; - finishing basements with entertainment space, exercise and storage rooms, bathroom; and - planning and installing the latest high tech home A/V equipment.I pride myself in being as much hands-on as possible -- framing, hanging drywall, finishing rooms with paint and carpentry, including crown molding and trim work.When necessary, I hire subcontractors to handle plumbing, electric, and HVAC.My goal is to over deliver to my clients, so we stay within budget and create a finished product that they are very happy with and enjoy as long as they live in the home.Prior to starting my own business in 1997, I studied carpentry under several local craftsman. I have engineering in my background as well.
