 Consulted for a Colorado engineering firm developing a well site engineering consulting business in the Appalachian Basin. Consulted for a public Texas oil and gas company identifying development opportunities within the Appalachian Basin and more specifically the Marcellus Shale. Consulted for a start up environmental firm raising equity.  Consulted for a Houston financial firm to assist in reviewing assets managed by New York financial investment firm. This included review of reserves, production and drilling operations, capital requirements, personnel, corporate structure as well as strategic planning.. This work encompassed three different companies with two in Appalachia and one in Colorado.•Consulted for an Appalachian Basin operator to develop drilling program including budgeting, site selections, coordination of field services, as well as land owner interaction. Ongoing work both on identifying acquisition opportunities and assisting in the operations of newly acquired asset. Also assisted in the divestiture of all the assets. Operated a small, privately held, Appalachian based oil and gas company. Duties include; operations, accounting, land administration, as well as acquisitions and planning.Consult for small private companies in the energy sector as well as alternative energy investment opportunities.

Manage drilling partnership, finding prospects, evaluating wells to drill, and overseeing investor relations. Real Estate: Purchased properties, managed apartment complexes, and coordinated speculative transactions. Established business from ground up with partner. Offset declining assets of oil and gas with brick and mortar types. Found real estate opportunities in Pittsburgh area and Naples, Florida Purchased pre-construction condominiums in Naples, selling at 30% return and exiting Florida market.  Managed 150 units in two apartment complexes, reassigning management contract to third party.  Directed employees at property and generated $800,000 per year in gross revenues.  Transitioned company to General Partner in oil/gas partnership with liquidation of Allegheny Interests Inc.  Ensured investors received proper distributions of revenues, and monitored operators to ensure maximum production from wells.

Created Service Company with capability to drill, service, and maintain wells for parent energy company. Developed entity able to drill 150 wells per year with ancillary support, including facilities operating from West Virginia and Pennsylvania to drill wells needed in Appalachian Basin. Identified existing assets and personnel, evaluating for future need/divestiture. Worked closely with associates from parent company to determine scope of work expected and capital available. Determined time frame of plan implementation and coordinated specifications/bids to acquire equipment and recruited employees to operate equipment upon delivery.  Collaborated with administrative assistant to create billing procedures, rates, processes, and employee practices/ policies, including safety incentive plan.  Selected facilities for company base, contributing to design of new facility in Pennsylvania and retrofitting existing building/yard in West Virginia.  Managed fleet vehicle purchases in region.  Grew company to 105 employees, two fully functioning facilities, and $12,000,000 of equipment, including three drilling rigs, three service rigs, six swab rigs, four water trucks, and 15 pieces of earthmoving equipment.  Held responsibility for over $25,000,000 of capital expenditures within one and a half years.  Responsible for the design, construction, and supervision of over 80 miles of pipelines from 2” (20 miles), 16” (5 miles, 12” (32 miles) as well as other various sizes and lengths.
