Design, build, and maintain Windows servers as necessary to provide a platform for installing and running business applications and infrastructure systems.Key Responsibilities:Assist with partner relationship management.Disaster recovery / business continuity planning and testing at regular intervalsMaintain security baselines for Windows serversConfiguration management, monitoring, and remediation as necessary for compliance with company security policy and regulatory requirements.Software packaging and deployment as necessaryOS image management for server hardwareMaintain hardware inventory as necessary for OS/driver testing and image managementServer setup / staging for physical & virtual serversEstablish and monitor performance baselines for production systemsDesign, implement, and maintain core Windows services, including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and Active Directory.Perform driver management (testing / deployment) at regular intervalsPerform firmware management (testing / deployment) at regular intervalsPatch management of Windows servers (testing / deployment) at regular intervalsPerform vulnerability scans of Windows server systems at regular intervals and remediate as necessaryMaintain maintenance windows for Windows serversMaintain antivirus software for Windows serversManage group policy settings for serversAssist with managing server HW lifecycleAssist with managing server OS lifecycleConduct regular meetings/sessions with L2 support on new technology and support techniquesWork with desktop and cluster/cloud/VM administrators as necessary to create and maintain a productive IT environment for the business

Analyze, plan, develop, and test data delivery solutions and reports utilizing SQL programming and Business Intelligence tools. Responsible for the extraction, transformation, aggregation, analysis, and delivery of data. Deliver standard and customized Business Intelligence reports. Provide production support to end-users.

Maintain Distribution Center Operations ranging from the network aspect (maintaining of cisco switches, routers, access points, etc.) to the physical hardware/software installation upgrades of PC's and Opertional programs as needed. 24/7 support is also required.
