Profile bio

About Eric M.

I had worked in the Senior Living community for over 5 years. I steered our facility through the quest pandemic in recent memory while at the same time finding ways to improve the lives of the residents. Balancing safety, political ideologies, and workplace happiness required me a whole new level of innovation and hard work. Prior to my time in senior living, I spent 28 years working in the government (military, state, and local). During that time, since I promoted quickly, I held numerous positions ranging from human resources to executive management. While it can be difficult to effectively translate some of my positions to the civilian workforce, some traits do translate very easily, such as the fact that I am hard-working, dedicated, and have very strong work ethics. I can bring extensive experience in executive level leadership with excellent communication and management skills. HR, business process analysis, grants/budget management, public and government relations, and team development to your organization. I work extremely well under pressure, make critical decisions in a timely manner, and can quickly adapt to changes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and effectiveness. I have received numerous awards for my professionalism, leadership abilities, and accomplishments. My objective is to become a successful manager helping organizations in the fields of HR, operations, and program development.
