Responsible for the estimating and engineering department making sure turn times are met and ensuring quality output. Reviewing and working with the salespeople to make sure our customers needs are met being internal request or job site visits. Assisting salespeople with project managing in residential turn key/lump sum projects(material supply only). Responsible for bidding multifamily an commercial wood framed AIA/lump sum/contracts up to 80,000 square feet. Bids consist of rough framing, siding, trim and/or roofing along with supplying labor for these divisions. Working with the customers to do a thorough scope review when required to make sure there isn't any scope gaps that could occur for the customer.I am also one of three safety coordinators for the company.
