Program Coordinator
Current- Communication amongst operations with business needs on government contracts- Provide feedback and solutions from sudden changes and adjustments to contract needs- Provide weekly reports/deliverables based on numerous sites across the US- Provide support with operations - Developed templates and tools for document processes and maintain SharePoint for management- Support of contract/program details and renewals- Ensures compliance with project deliverables and deadlines- Training of employees with policies and procedures such as Deltek and Concur, etc.- Employee management, resolve employee issues and provide reports to HR to construct plans and corrective actions as necessary- Provide Support to Project Manager with reports on performance and any arising issues- Liaison between department to ensure operational success and working relationships- Travel between sites across US as necessary
