Network Administrator
CurrentResponsibilities include:• Managing the firms Microsoft Azure and 365 Admin environments including backups, alerting, troubleshooting, and deployments.• Organize and mange AD which includes reviewing GPOs, Permissions, Security Groups, and Distribution Groups.• Configure networking devices for monitoring such as UPS, APs, and miscellaneous network devices.• Configure and manage network printers, copiers, and scanners.• Administrate, support, upgrade and deploy VDI.• Lead Beermann's DR efforts by working with MSP to ensure that the firms backups and server health are "Healthy" and schedule quarterly DR test.• Certificate renewals.• Special project lead including AI research and implementation.• Oversee PDQ imaging, updates, and deployements.• Configure and profile Desktops and Laptops for Attorneys and Staff.• Handle all onboarding of new employees which includes account setup and creation, hardware preparation, and training.• Manage Barracuda Email Gateway Defense, Impersonation Attempt, and Cloud-to-Cloud backupBackup responsibilities include:• Monitor and address issues and alerts with Netwrix Auditing.• Oversee switches, firewalls, APs, security cameras, and entry systems including upgrades, patching, and replacing aging hardware or software. (Cisco Routers/switches, Meraki switches, Sophos Endpoint and Firewall security)• Manage Absolute and Lookout for Work (MDM)• Manage all aspects of remote connectivity such as VPN, RDP, Remote Desktop.• Handle all offboarding of employees which includes locking down accounts, returning equipment, managing email routing and final shut down of 30-day accounts.
