As a Principal Coach and High School Principal at Winton Woods City Schools, I have over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, with a focus on project based learning, deeper learning, and equity and inclusion. I hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Cincinnati.In my current roles, I lead a school that adopts the New Tech Network model, where students engage in authentic and collaborative projects that prepare them for college and career success. I also coach and mentor other principals in the district, helping them develop their vision, strategy, and skills to foster a culture of excellence and innovation. As a Deeper Learning Equity Fellow, I am part of a national network of leaders who advocate for equitable access and opportunities for all students to achieve deeper learning outcomes.I also have my superintendent’s license earned through Miami University.
