Co-founded and grew a digital media and technology company comprised of both an online content platform for parents, and a comprehensive SaaS sales and marketing platform for parent-focused SMBs. Assembled and led a 10-person nationwide sales team representing $1.5M in revenue from over 800 customer locations and 5M users and visitors in 15 major US markets and leading to an acquisition in 2018.Partnered with CEO to set goals and assess metrics for user engagement, product performance, and sales revenue. Developed unique strategy and concept for an integrated SaaS marketing platform offering custom advertiser partnerships to monetize content offerings. Sourced and built relationships with digital influences to drive brand visibility and promote the platform on both the user facing and business sides.

Led the brand’s expansion into the South American market, overseeing sales strategy, integration, and hiring. Recruited and supervised a bilingual sales team in developing relationships with healthcare accounts in Colombia and Brazil. Built a $2M sales pipeline in partnership with local sales team over a 12 month period. Returned to the US as Director of Northeast Sales following successful launch of the South American operation.

Developed relationships with C-suite healthcare executives across the US, earning consistent recognition as the top sales producer in the region. Secured over 60 new client accounts representing $5.6M in total sales as regional director (2010 to 2012). Promoted twice within four years.
