I have a strong ability to be able to dive into a product, project or process to become a subject matter expert...and then use that knowledge to assist others in how to use it going forward. My product and customer knowledge has made me a subject matter expert and a reference for many colleagues. Over my career, I have been put in mentoring roles for new hires to ensure they are successful in their positions. I was often given tough and/or important projects to ensure they were handled correctly, and to completion.Development:I am very eager to learn new things. I enjoy the challenges of tackling difficult issues, and bringing them to resolution.
