Clement provided mechanical contractors with pipe hangers and pipe supports. I would take orders over the phone from mechanical contractors for pipe support systems. This included strut, pipe hangers, bolts, nuts, washers, pipe clamps, and anything pipe support related. The orders were placed into an order system and then printed out for the warehouse employees to pull and place on our delivery trucks for delivery the next day. Would spend time in the warehouse to familiarize myself with the products we supplied. Was responsible to provide great customer service to key accounts to maintain relationships to procure future orders. Would follow up on quotes to prospective customers to get them to setup an account with us. Handled all cash transaction at my branch. Would provide information to our outside sales representatives to follow up with cold calls and prospective customers.

On a daily basis I was to read through inspection reports, which our field inspectors sent to me, locate the deficiencies that were found and generate a sales proposals. Proposals were sent to site contacts noted on the inspection report via email or fax. Once proposal was sent a follow up call was made to ensure that the proposal had made it into a decisions makers hands and setup a time to discuss the proposal over the phone. Explained what was found, why it needed to be corrected and how we were going to correct it. All reports were tracked in an online database that was updated daily by me. This helped track where each proposal was in the sales cycle.

My main job at The Golf Mart was customer service sales. Along with selling all things golf related I was tasked to receive inventory, count inventory, handling transactions, training new employees, merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
