Property Manager
CurrentResponsible for overseeing management operations of 33 multifamily properties ranging from 6 to 49 units. Responsibilities include: Annual inspection of each property for fire, life and safety compliance. Set rental rates and guide marketing strategies. Client relations: Ensure owners’ expectations are met and that they are aware of any property issues. Resident relations: Communicate with residents about their rental agreements, company policies, complaints and concerns and process terminations and violations. Initiate capital improvement projects, ensure their completion is timely and on budget. Regularly review property financials, audit expenditures and rental income. Comply with all Federal, State and local laws.
