About Eric Moore
Research interest: Applied statistics, predictive modeling, application of machine learning techniques to diverse data analytic problems related to national security - particularly in the area of deep learning.Working on multiple projects applying existing ML techniques from other domains (e.g.- image classification); much of this in the area of spectral classification. This work includes both the remote sensing domain as well as main years of work in radiation detection and identification.Current focus being in the area of novel physics-informed deep learning techniques for signals analysis.Concurrent to most of my research I served in various operational roles, and on numerous US Gov't teams CONUS & OCONUS.
