Working hand and hand with internal and external operations to establish a functional Site Plan to fully and efficiently integrate ground floor retail with office and residential units, both at street level and above; collaborate with the marketing team in an effort to re-launch REC Tulsa via a well thought out branding and communications exploration and launch; and partner with the leasing team to merchandise 125,000SF of retail for Phase I of the project. • Downtown Historical Re-Development – Birmingham, AL – Conducting the pre-development process on a 100+ year old steel fabrication facility in to a fully integrated mixed-use office and entertainment/restaurant development. • Summit Fritz Farm Phase II – Lexington, KY - Marshaling the development of the two remaining parcels at The Summit at Fritz Farm. • Mixed Use Village – Hoover, AL - Shepherding the pre-development process on a 36 acre undeveloped site in to a fully integrated retail, office, hospitality and residential “village” concept. • Riverchase Village – Hoover, AL • New Business obtainment

Appointed by the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development to lead the closeout team on The Summit at Fritz Farm Phase I development project, with a main focus as project manager of "The Barn" a Food Hall consisting of 10 local and diverse food and dry goods stalls. The Barn serves as a focal point of The Summit at Fritz Farm, a 250,000 SF mixed-use luxury lifestyle center completed in 2017 in Lexington, KY.

Selected by Director of Tenant Coordination to provide necessary leadership on the new development of The Summit at Fritz Farm, a 250,000 SF mixed-use lifestyle center in Lexington, KY. Manage over 20 diverse tenants while simultaneously providing coordination, construction management, cost estimating and closeout to coincide with property Grand Opening.➢ Coordination: Ensured the proper on-boarding of each individual tenant by reviewing construction drawings for design intent in conformance with base building features, details and theme; handled the pre-construction process with each tenant contractor; worked with each tenant and their design/contracting team during construction for further conformity to property processes and buildout execution; managed the closeout process for each tenant.➢ Construction Management: Spearheaded the design, bid and contract letting for 15 simultaneous tenant buildouts at Summit Fritz Farm; in addition to two turn-key office buildouts totaling 15,000 USF and 5 additional retail tenants spanning 3 additional portfolio properties.➢ Lease Negotiation: Worked closely with the legal and leasing teams to negotiate tenant work letters after producing in-house estimates and procuring multiple outside bids. Ensured minimal LL cost for each deal by taking a meticulous approach to work letter development and precise scope coverage.

Played a lead role in the Real Estate management department of a family company reporting directly to family ownership group. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of multi and single tenant commercial/industrial properties, as well as construction, permitting and entitlements and financial analysis.➢ Led the purchase, development and subsequent land-banking of 76 developed residential lots in Palm Beach County, FL➢ Managed a Real Estate portfolio comprised of 5 single-tenant commercial assets totaling 206,000+ SF, and 4 multi-tenant properties totaling 165,000 SF➢ Conducted the lot-splitting process of 13 parcels of Vacant Agricultural Land totaling 5000+ acres in Hendry County, FL ➢ Drove the process to obtain an agricultural exemption on 130 acres of altered agricultural land in Marion County, FL, and investigated underground water flows to determine a connection to proven springs for sale of spring water
