I give lessons for different age groups in the organization. The lessons I provide are hitting, fielding, and pitching and can be one on one or in a group setting. The age of the players I give lessons ranges from five to eighteen years old. I help run the baseball operations with regards to putting teams together, scheduling workouts and clinics, putting together schedules, and more. I personally coach two teams for the organization and assist others when I can.

Coach a mixture of 7th and 8th graders. I put weekly practice plans together. I encourage each kid to get better each day. I put reports together each week on how the team can improve.
