My team oversees the operations and process execution of the Used Car production process for the Cavender Auto Group. My position requires me to review and structure the flow of used cars thru all eight Cavender rooftops to ensure effective practices are being utilized and also ensure the vehicles are being repaired to the high standard of quality you would expect buying from Cavender’s auto group. My daily routine consists of analyzing data collected real-time at all stores and identifying any potential breakdown in the process, and communicate solutions to service directors and Recon managers to minimize production down time. I also analyze all estimates for repairs for all eight stores to ensure all used cars are repaired efficiently and accurately while reducing costs to the variable department.

Lead a diverse team for a multi million dollar company in new and used car details and used car sales repair and inventory control. I lead a team of 11 specialists to completing daily tasks and make sure inventory levels are met as well as repair efficiency for the used car dept and parts dept.

Provide parts department assistance for used car and internal procedures. Maintain inventory as well as maximize profitability for the parts dept while providing internal customers with direct access to parts dept.

Starting in the service dept learning the ropes and the new system. Then soon to be wholesale parts!
