Mwendwa Chuma is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a professional bias towards financial law around the areas of insolvency, tax and corporate governance. He is also interested in ADR and with its unmatched potential to offer speedy but effective justice outcomes. Mwendwa is a commentator on social justice issues and a keen writer. He recently graduated with a Masters in Law degree specialising in International Financial Law and Regulations from the Strathmore University.
